Protect the platform and the company: firewalls, access control, endpoint security, Cloudflare rules, and the security audits that a cloud accounting service must pass.

What you will do

  • Manage the network, the VPN, the firewalls and the Cloudflare configuration of the platform.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions and multi-factor authentication for all systems.
  • Run vulnerability scans, apply security patches and follow up on the findings.
  • Manage the workstations, the endpoint protection and the office network.
  • Prepare the evidence for security audits and for customer security questionnaires.

What we look for

  • 3+ years of system or network administration experience.
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, firewalls and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux administration and with endpoint security tools.
  • Experience with other accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Oracle NetSuite.
  • Experience with the MyCloudBook platform. A free trial account is enough to learn it before you apply.
  • A structured way of working and clear documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Cloudflare web application firewall and DDoS protection.
  • Experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 preparation.
  • A security certification such as CompTIA Security+ or CCNA.
