Own invoicing, collections and credit control, and help our customers get paid faster with MyCloudBook invoices, payment reminders and receipts.

- Issue customer invoices and credit notes, and apply receipts and customer credits.
- Monitor the ageing of receivables, send reminders and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes.
- Reconcile online payments from Stripe and bank transfers with the sales ledger.
- Advise customers on invoicing workflows, payment terms and dunning.
What we look for
- 2+ years of accounts receivable or credit control experience.
- Knowledge of sales ledger accounting, VAT on sales and the basics of revenue recognition.
- Experience with other accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience with the MyCloudBook platform. A free trial account is enough to learn it before you apply.
- Clear and polite communication with customers by email and phone.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription billing and online payment providers.
- Experience with the e-invoicing rules in Europe.
- Spanish or Arabic language skills.
