What you will do

  • Operate the production and test environments on Windows Server, IIS and PostgreSQL.
  • Plan and apply patches, upgrades and capacity changes without downtime for the customers.
  • Manage the backups, the restore tests and the retention of the client databases.
  • Monitor performance and availability, and lead the response to incidents.
  • Document the infrastructure and automate routine tasks with PowerShell.

What we look for

  • 5+ years of system administration experience with Windows Server in production.
  • Strong experience with IIS, PostgreSQL administration and TLS certificates.
  • Experience with backup strategies, monitoring tools and incident handling.
  • Good understanding of networking, firewalls and web security.
  • Experience with other accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Oracle NetSuite.
  • Experience with the MyCloudBook platform. A free trial account is enough to learn it before you apply.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Cloudflare, ASP.NET Core hosting or Linux servers.
  • Experience with infrastructure scripting and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Microsoft or PostgreSQL certifications.
