Own the financial reporting, the budgets and the internal controls of a growing cloud accounting company, and set the standard for how our customers should run their own finances.

What you will do

  • Prepare the monthly management accounts, the cash flow forecast and the annual budget.
  • Design and enforce internal controls over invoicing, expenses, payments and payroll.
  • Manage the relationship with the external auditors and the tax advisors.
  • Analyse subscription revenue, churn and unit economics with the leadership team.
  • Turn best practice in financial control into report templates and dashboards inside the product.

What we look for

  • 7+ years in accounting or finance, including 3+ years in a controller or finance manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and management accounting.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Experience with other accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Oracle NetSuite.
  • Experience with the MyCloudBook platform. A free trial account is enough to learn it before you apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription business.
  • A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
  • Experience with revenue recognition for subscriptions.
