What happens after your request Once your identity is verified:

Your account access will be permanently disabled.
Your personal profile information will be deleted.
Your company data, including accounting records, invoices, customers, suppliers, and related business information, will be scheduled for deletion.

Processing time Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days from the date of verification.

Data retention Certain financial records may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, or fraud prevention requirements.

Any retained data will remain securely stored and will not be used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
